After you're booked, you will be partnered with one of our lead planners on the em + elle team. Your dedicated lead planner will be your primary point of contact throughout the planning process leading all meetings, creating your timeline, communicating with your vendors, and managing your wedding day on-site. You will also have an assistant coordinator on-site for your wedding day.

The amount of hands-on help and time we spend on your wedding throughout the planning process is the biggest difference between our packages. With our event management packages, our team is not booking your vendors, creating your budget, or managing your planning timeline. Our focus is on meticulously managing the details you've planned as your wedding day gets closer. The amount of meeting time, design assistance, and vendor support we provide leading up to your wedding day is reflected in each package, with the most dedicated planning support provided with partial and full-service planning.

Yes! We are based in Cincinnati, OH and travel for events in Dayton, Columbus, Lexington, KY, Indiana, and other destinations. While knowing a location or venue prior to planning a wedding there is helpful, it is not necessary to coordinate the perfect day. Let's travel somewhere new together!

Absolutely. Weddings are a big investment so we want to make sure our couples feel comfortable with their payment options. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and then you have the option to a) pay equal installments on a predetermined cadence until your wedding day or b) pay the full remaining balance 30 days before your wedding.

The sooner the better! For full-service planning, a planner should be the first vendor you hire. Popular dates typically get booked further in advance so if you are thinking of hiring a planner or coordinator, reach out sooner than later to start the conversation! If you have waited until the last few months before your wedding and are feeling overwhelmed with the details coming together, chances are we have a coordinator on our team available to help you through those last few months.
