There’s only one thing we love more than a couple madly in love. A perfectly planned wedding that lets that couple focus on what matters– each other and the ‘I do’ at the end of the aisle.
Instead of jumping in only a few months from your wedding, we begin planning with you as soon as you book with us. With a collaborative approach, commitment to your vision, and a lot of ‘loving love’ energy– we make sure your wedding day creates a million days of happy memories.

Em & Elle
There’s only one title I love more than founder. It’s mama.
My adorable, 6-year-old girl, Emme inspires me every day with her boundless energy and constant giggles. Em is short for Emme, and Elle is the first letter of my name.

Hi, I’m Libby
I’m a cool weather gal, and before you ask, yes, I 100% drink iced coffee when it’s below freezing. There’s no such thing as too cold for a chilly brew.

Five years into my journey as a wedding planner, I’ve discovered there are three reasons why I love this work.
First is my team - the incredibly talented women who make up the em + elle planning team are second to none, and I am honored to have them on this journey with me!
Next is our vendor partners. I never knew I’d find such impactful friendships in this industry. Cincy wedding pros are truly the best of the best!
And last but certainly not least is you, our couples. Building a relationship with each and every one of our couples and clients as we work together to plan a monumental day in their life is soul-filling. I wouldn’t want to be doing anything else!
Traveler at heart, over here! I’ve been to over 32 states, but only 2 countries. International travel is on my bucket list!

My fam is a goofy bunch. We live for family pizza night and spend a lot of time outdoors. And my two rescue pups are basically like my children.

Tacos and craft beer are my love language, but I also have a serious sweet tooth. So yes, I will absolutely give you my opinion on the best cake flavors.

Leeann McKay
Madison Banas
She’s a former teacher, and mom to 3 boys. And she is the quintessential planner. Lesson plans, vacations, workouts. If it needs planning, she is ON IT. You’ll get this same energy when she plans your wedding.
She could talk about your wedding for hours! A natural planner, she takes over all of the party planning for any event in her family. She and her new husband also have a 2-year-old Bernedoodle, who is her pride and joy.
Riley Jenkins
Her event planning career started at age 15 when she created teen outreach events for her church. These days her day job is in the legal field, so she helps plan weddings to tap into her creative side. When she’s not doing either, it’s all about fam, friends, and time with her Beagle.
Mallory Klingenberg
A quick mover, she’s been known to throw back-to-back bridal showers on the same day. A master of handling change, stress, and adventure– Mallory previously worked in behavioral health, and has been on a mission trip to Africa!
Steph Ammerman
Since 2015, she’s been designing invitations, signage, and decor for showers and weddings. Rain or shine, she loves the outdoors. Her favorite things are being a mom, and seeing your happiness on your wedding day!
Anne Marie Rice
As a project management pro in her full-time job, Anne Marie thrives in the organization and planning that comes with a well-executed event. There is nothing she loves more than learning a couples story, and bringing that story to life through the details on their wedding day!
Alex Bessler
A lady of many talents, Alex is both a wedding planner and a special education teacher. And before she even officially gave herself the planner title, she planned 5 weddings for friends and family. Fun fact: HER wedding was featured in Cincinnati Wedding Magazine!
Brianna Roth
She is always the go-to when it comes to planning family get-togethers and trips. She loves traveling with her husband (even though it means her fur babies miss her for a bit) and makes custom items in her online shop, Cozy Co.
Suzette Spears
Suzette absolutely loves to see a vision come to life, and lasting memories being made by our clients. She has years of corporate event planning experience, and excels in curating memorable, fun experiences. She is the wife of an engineer mom of two amazing boys, and loves to snuggle with her 95lb silver lab Bosa!
Kareen Fiore
As a Pharmacist turned coordinator with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, Kareen brings a commitment to flawless execution to every project. When she is not busy making magic happen for clients, she loves comedy shows with her husband, workouts at Orange Theory, and being a mama to her one year old son.
olivia Boeh
A Cincinnati native and lover of checklists, timelines and plans, Olivia has a passion for bringing a vision to life. When she’s not planning, she is thriving in the chaos of life with two little boys, and loves a good craft beer!
Carissa Heising
She is your planner, and number one hype woman! You can find Carissa not only planning events and bringing the energy on your special day, but she is also a local fitness instructor, wife, mom to a rambunctious 1 year old boy and 7 year old lab, and a CPA for the Cincinnati Ronald McDonald House.
