After you're booked, you will be partnered with one of our lead coordinators on the em + elle team. Your dedicated lead coordinator will be your primary point of contact throughout the planning process leading all meetings, creating your timeline, and managing your wedding day on-site. You will also have an assistant coordinator on-site for your wedding day.
Who will be my CoordinatoR?
The amount of hands-on help and time we spend on your wedding throughout the planning process is the biggest difference between our packages. As your coordinator, our team is not booking your vendors, creating your budget, or managing your planning timeline. Our focus is on managing the details you've meticulously planned as your wedding day gets closer. The amount of meeting time, design assistance, and vendor support we provide leading up to your wedding day is reflected in each package.
What is the difference between your packages?
Yes! We are based in Cincinnati, OH and travel for events in Dayton, Columbus, Lexington, KY and around Indiana. While knowing a location or venue prior to planning a wedding there is helpful, it is not necessary to coordinate the perfect day. Let's travel somewhere new together!
Do you Travel for weddings?
Absolutely. Weddings are a big investment so we want to make sure our couples feel comfortable with their payment options. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and then you have the option to a) pay equal installments quarterly until your wedding day or b) pay the full remaining balance 30 days before your wedding.
Do you offer payment plans?
The sooner the better! Popular dates typically get booked further in advance so if you are thinking of hiring a coordinator, its better to do it once you've confirmed your date and venue. If you have waited until the last few months before your wedding and are feeling overwhelmed with the details coming together, please still reach out!
