I do accept text messages in the months leading up to your wedding, however if you are communicating a change in vendors or an important detail, please send it via email. While I try to respond to text messages in a timely manner, I do put my phone down when I'm not working so I may not always respond right away. I do, however, respond to all calls and texts in the days leading up to your wedding for any last-minute details!
Can I text You During the planning process?
The amount of time I spend on your wedding is the biggest difference between packages. As a coordinator, I am not booking your vendors, managing your budget, or designing your wedding theme (although I can provide recommendations for these things!). What I am doing is managing the details you've meticulously planned as your wedding day gets closer. The amount of time and support I provide leading up to and on your wedding day is reflected in each package.
What is the difference between your packages?
Yes, all over! I am based in Cincinnati, OH but have specific knowledge and experience doing weddings in Colorado, Maryland/Washington D.C, and around the midwest. I will say that while knowing a location prior to planning a wedding there is helpful, it is not necessary to coordinate the perfect day. Let's travel somewhere new together!
Do you Travel for weddings?
Absolutely. Weddings are a big investment so I want to make sure my couples feel comfortable with their payment options. A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and then you have the option to a) pay equal installments quarterly until your wedding day or b) pay the full remaining balance the week of your wedding.
Do you offer payment plans?
The sooner the better! Popular dates typically get booked further in advance so if you are thinking of hiring a coordinator, its better to do it once you've confirmed your date and venue. If you have waited until the last few months before your wedding and are feeling overwhelmed with the details coming together, please still reach out!
When in the planning process should we hire you?
